pisang goreng

here on the sneezing artiste, we talk about the BIG IMPORTANT subjects, so we're going to continue the trend right now.

i've been debating with B since we we're knee-height to a grasshopper about a certain issue, i've given him the facts and i know i am right, but ol' B doesn't seem to accept it. lets put it to the floor and see what the world (probably 2 or 3 people) think.

of course, i refer to PISANG GORENG, or in B's case, GORENG PISANG.

i base my argument on the fact that fried rice in the universal asian community is pronounced nasi goreng (yes thats right, also known as an old emperor of China that invented the Great Wall of China to keep the rabbits out). so on that basis, fried banana would be pronounced pisang goreng correct? well, accroding to B i am completely wrong, but then again, hes malaysian. my theory is applied to all sorts of fried things, like fried chicken is ayam goreng, and pork would be babi goreng.

so is it pisang goreng or goreng pisang? thats the BIG question!
